Named in honour of chef Tom Sarafian’s grandfather, ZAREH is a restaurant built on a deep love of family, tradition and hospitality.

The heart of our open kitchen is a wood-fired oven and charcoal barbeque, cooking foods inspired by our Armenian and Lebanese heritage and travels through North Africa and the Middle East. We proudly serve produce sourced from local farms, seasoned with the finest quality spices and soundtracked by our favourite albums.
